No condescension & no camp… just a perfect nod to the sound of the early 60s, but with a modern sensibility, Findlay Brown has a great look & a fabulous retro-sound. His music has the string section with soaring chords, & guitar riffs that sound like movie theme reverb, & he double tracks his lovely tenor with Everly Brother’s style harmonies.
